You know the saying  “Don’t quit your dayjob”? Well with the whacky and unique items Brian Chanes and Tracey McCall of Profiles in History see on a day-to-day basis, why would they want to? I mean, c’mon, SteveO of JackAss once came to the crew to have his leopard man-thong appraised. Seriously.

Fan-Culture.org caught up with the two PIH employees, who you may also  recognize from the Syfy series Hollywood Treasure (back on-air May 22nd) featuring Joe Maddalena. In this video interview, the two are not above being fans themselves, stating if they had unlimited money, Tracey would bid on a Marilyn Monroe dress and Brian wished he could have bid on the orinal Star Trek Command Chair PIH once had in their possession.

“There’s something for everyone,” McCall said on the variety of auctions they hold, as well as fan interests themselves. “That’s the beauty of collecting – everyone and anyone can be a collector!” You can check out another PIH related exclusive via a post on this site from a while back on the fan who won this auction house’s raffle contest.
